S.O. 3064.—The following Order made bj' the President on June 1.3, 1967, is
published lor general information:—
Order
In exercise of the power.s conferred hy clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitu¬
tion, the President hereby makes, with immediate effect, Ihe following amend¬
ments in the Government of India (Allocation ol Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—
Tn the said Rules—
(A) in the First Schedule, for entry 6, the following entry shall be substituteil.
namely."
“5. Ministry of Finance:
(i) Department of Economic Affairs,
(ii) Department of Expenditure.
(lii) Department ol Revenue and Insurance.”;

<B) In the Second Schedule, under the heading “Ministry of Finance",
fl) under sub-heading “B. Department of Exp€ndlture"j for the existing
entries, the entries given in the Appendix to this Order shall be
substituted; and
(2) the sub-heading “D. Department of Coordination” and the entries
thereunder shall be omitted.

2, Financial sanctions relating to all Ministries and offices of the Govern¬
ment of India which are not covered by powers delegated or conferred by
the Rules or by any general or special orders.
